On Credit card option (Payfast) select the Mobicred.
On Credit card option (Payfast) select the Instant EFT
On Credit card option (Payfast) select the Credit & Cheque card (Visa/Mastercard)
On Credit card option (Payfast) select the Masterpass
On Credit card option (Payfast) select the Bitcoin.

Bank Deposit - send proof of payment via email or fax
